1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and registering for the Surya Island Summer Camp 2026, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Registration and Eligibility

• Registration is open for children within the age group specified for the camp.
• Parents/Guardians are responsible for providing accurate information during registration.
• A registration is considered confirmed only after the full payment is received.

3. Payment Terms

Payments must be made online through our secure payment gateway. We accept major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

4. Safety and Conduct

Participants must adhere to the safety guidelines and instructions provided by the camp instructors. Odisha Yachting Association reserves the right to dismiss any participant who engages in misconduct or safety violations without a refund.

5. Medical Responsibility

Parents/Guardians must disclose any medical conditions or allergies of the child during registration. While we take utmost care, OYA is not responsible for any pre-existing medical conditions not disclosed.

6. Limitation of Liability

Odisha Yachting Association shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or participation in the camp, except as provided by law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Odisha.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
