Refund and Cancellation

Odisha Yachting Association (OYA)

1. Refund Policy

At Odisha Yachting Association, we strive to provide the best experience for our participants. However, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy for the Surya Island Summer Camp 2026 is as follows:

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 15 days before the camp start date are eligible for a 100% refund (minus bank processing fees).
  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the camp start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the camp start date are not eligible for a refund.

2. Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation and refund, please send an email to info@odishayachtingassociation.com with your Booking ID and Child's Name. The timestamp of the email will be considered for the refund calculation.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 10 working days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking) used during registration.

4. Camp Cancellation by OYA

In the unlikely event that Odisha Yachting Association cancels a camp batch due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund will be issued to all registered participants, or you may choose to shift to a different batch (subject to availability).
