Mr. Swadhin Panda has been associated with industrial safety and security activities for the last thirty-five years. He has been appreciated thrice by the Governor of Odisha and conferred with the President’s Meritorious Service Medal in Civil Defense. He is a permanent faculty member of the Odisha Police. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Adventure Committee, Odisha State Bharat Scouts & Guides. Presently, he is the trainer of OYA.
